This loft apartment on the top floor of a historic residential and commercial building was recently refurnished in grand style and awaits you with a fresh & tasteful design. It could hardly be more central: In the heart of Prien am Chiemsee, directly with the central shopping street at your doorstep. Due to the exposed location of the apartment, you can still enjoy your peace and also have a wonderful mountain view. The train station, stores for daily needs and various restaurants & cafes are within walking distance. After a short walk or 5 minutes ride by bike you are also at the beautiful Chiemsee. You can start your day with a coffee or tea and enjoy the morning sun through the large balcony doors. The common breakfast is immediately prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and everything you need. The large dining table invites you to linger and plan the next excursion. The apartment has two comfortable king size double beds with 1.80 m width and a cozy living area with a large smart TV and Magenta TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub and there is also a washer-dryer in the apartment for free use. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shampoo & soap. Bicycles can be parked in an unlocked cottage in the courtyard if needed.

Our loft apartment is located in the center of Prien am Chiemsee and directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone with all stores, restaurants and the train station within walking distance. The train station Prien is about 3 minutes walk from our building. To the Chiemsee it is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. In the further surroundings you can explore and enjoy the beautiful Chiemgau with its lakes, mountains and landscapes. It is about 5 minutes by car to the A8 freeway, from there about 40 minutes to Salzburg and about an hour's drive to Munich. The Alps are virtually on our doorstep and can be reached in a few minutes by car. Please note that we do not have our own parking spaces. However, the parking areas "Ladebahnhof", "Hochries Süd" as well as "Beilhack Ost" and "Beilhack West" are only a 3-minute walk away and can be used for a reasonable parking fee.
