Since 2023, we at MY STAY have been operating very special vacation accommodations in Upper Bavaria with a focus on mindfulness and slowing down. We ourselves come from near Rosenheim. Our accommodations are available in Fischbachau (near Schliersee), in Bernau am Chiemsee, and, new from fall 2025, directly in Prien am Chiemsee. Sustainability is important to us: That's why we try, as far as possible, to design our furnishings and consumables in the apartment from sustainable materials. Our organic tea selection, which you can help yourself to free of charge on site, comes from the Upper Bavarian manufacturer "Herbaria." The coffee is produced and roasted regionally in a small family business. Therefore, we also avoid disposable or single-use items as much as possible.

The 54 sqm apartment, with a south-facing balcony that invites you to linger and soak up the sun, is located in an apartment building. Your holiday apartment is located at Seestraße 47 in Prien am Chiemsee – one of the most desirable locations in the town. Just a few minutes' walk away is the idyllic Chiemsee promenade with its harbor, the boat docks to Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, as well as cozy cafés and restaurants.
