A converted basement - like a pension, so that three separate rooms with two beds and a bunk bed are practical and modern. It is pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter. The shared apartment is absolutely harmonious in the accommodation.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen for shared use with a stove, induction hotplates, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
3 shower cubicles are in the wet room, each for a separate room. There are also 2 washbasins with a large mirror, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are 2 toilets and a urinal in the separate wet area. There is also a sink in the anteroom.
Each room is furnished with a table + wardrobe and 2 chairs. Bed linen is changed every week. Towels are there. (no bath towels).
WLAN with repeater to amplify the internet signal is available in the accommodation.
