The exclusive 30m² freshly renovated apartment is located on the 7th floor of a first-class high-rise building in the heart of Karlsruhe city. In the building there is an underground garage, where you can park your car free of charge and safely. However, the parking space is limited to a maximum width of 1.8m and a maximum height of 1.65m. Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately notice the spacious living area and the spacious balcony. Once you have hung your jacket next to the mirror, the Senseo coffee machine in the modern and fully equipped kitchenette invites you to enjoy a good cup of coffee. While the coffee is being prepared, the discreet frosted glass door to the bathroom catches the eye on the other side. Here you will find a rain shower and a seat worthy of you, as well as a washing machine at your free disposal. Back in the living area, you will notice the comparatively large table, where even 4 people could eat together comfortably without any problems. 2 people would certainly be able to work on the laptop at the same time without getting in each other's way. The direct sockets are good for this. Your coffee is ready by now and you grab your cup to look at the view from the balcony. On your way through the room, you pass the large closet and the particularly inviting queen-size bed, and you notice that you not only have a great view of the Smart TV with Netflix on the wall from the sofa, which can be folded out super quickly into a double bed, but also from the bed. But now you have another great view: You step out onto the balcony and realize that on one side you are looking directly over the city center and on the other straight towards Karlsruhe Castle, which is a 5 min walk away. The idea of a leisurely stroll immediately enters your head. You also don't miss the fact that the east orientation of the balcony is very quiet and windless and invites you to a cozy open-air breakfast ;).

To quickly get something on your plate, you can go around the corner to a good burger place or eat sushi or ramen in 2 min. If you prefer to cook by yourself, you walk in 3 min to Aldi or in 5 min to REWE. In 7 min you can also reach the historic market place and, if it is market day, get extra fresh food! You are located directly in the city center, but due to the orientation of the apartment you are spared from city noise. Shopping facilities and public transport stops are within 5 minutes walking distance. A highlight is of course the proximity to Karlsruhe Castle!
