Renovated between 2013 and 2016, the apartments of different sizes can accommodate up to 10 people in total. The two apartments in the house are located directly next to each other on the second floor and can be reached via a shared hallway (but separate from the owner's apartment), while a separate staircase leads to the apartment in the annex. In the lovingly landscaped inner courtyard (smoking is permitted here) of the approx. 800 square metre, fenced property, all guests have ample seating and barbecue facilities, a covered terrace and a rustic party room at their disposal. Parking spaces, a storage room for bicycles and free Wi-Fi are available for all apartments. A path leads from the back of the property directly to the lake. The total price includes final cleaning, water consumption and electricity costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package (if desired). The small (24 square metres) apartment for two people in the main house has a living room/bedroom with two single beds (can be put together), satellite TV and small dining table, mini-kitchen (electric hob, fridge) in the spacious hallway and bathroom with shower/WC. IMPORTANT FOR PET OWNERS: The property has stairs. This should be taken into account when bringing dogs.
