Enjoy leisurely strolls, water sports, and the unique views! Despite its peaceful location, all essential amenities, restaurants, and recreational opportunities are close by. Start your morning with a delicious cup of coffee and appreciate the numerous amenities of this apartment. Be captivated by the scenic view of Lake Sorpesee. The apartment is spacious, featuring a king-size double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) as a box spring bed and an additional single bed (1.00m x 2.00m) as a box spring bed. You also have access to a smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped premium kitchen with a stove and refrigerator – everything you need. Fresh towels and all essential toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo are, of course, provided. For added flexibility, the apartment accommodates up to 5 guests thanks to the generous sofa bed serving as sleeping arrangements for the 4th and 5th guests. You'll be situated in a former hotel complex. Your accommodation offers a direct view of the lake, and you're within walking distance of the promenade, lined with restaurants and ice cream cafes. Langscheid is recognized as a spa town, so a tourist tax is applicable. We've prepared a guest booklet just for you. It contains information about local attractions and activities in the area. Since August 2024, our guests can enjoy the newly opened, shared swimming pool. The pool is 1.40 meters deep, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing time in the water.
