Inside the house, built in 2024, there is a living space of 125 m² spread over two floors with underfloor heating in all rooms. A fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, a large living and dining area with a wood stove, and a 55-inch smart TV provide comfort and entertainment. Three dimmable bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, and free sauna use ensure additional living comfort. A washing machine and dryer are available for your laundry. The outdoor area invites you to relax with a sunny terrace, garden furniture, a beach chair, and a gas grill. The 1000 m² property with lockable garden shed offers plenty of space, and an electric car charging station is available. Located directly on the edge of the forest and only 150 metres from the water, the detached thatched roof house also provides an ideal base for exploring the natural reserves and cultural highlights such as the OZEANEUM, Störtebeker Festival, and the chalk cliffs. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
