The Red Deer is a stylishly furnished holiday apartment in a lovingly renovated half-timbered house from the 19th century, in the historic center of Oderberg, with a view of the old Wriezener Oder.
D13 Immobilien is a young real estate company that has made smart and sustainable real estate developments for life in the 21st century its mission.
The historic and listed town of Oderberg is located directly on the old Wriezener Oder, in the picturesque landscape of the Oderbruch. In addition to the Maritime Museum, there is the paddle steamer "Riesa" with a cafe, canoe rental and many cultural activities. The surrounding area invites you to go hiking, cycling and canoeing, the natural Parsteinsee is only a few kilometers away. Rest and relaxation in an environment in which time does not stand still, but in any case at least passes more slowly.
