Comfortable apartment (100 sqm) with a large garden and piano. The living room is equipped with a leather seating area, a library, satellite TV, and high-quality entertainment electronics. The spacious kitchen features a coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, water filter, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender, high-quality dishes, dishwasher, as well as basic supplies of garbage bags, cleaning products, and towels. You also have a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, a large dining table, a collection of games, and a wall bed (for a possible third person) at your disposal. The bedroom offers a box spring double bed with separately electrically adjustable mattresses. An extra bed can be provided in the living/dining area for a third person. There is also a desk, TV, and a piano. The wellness bathroom (with window) is equipped with a large, barrier-free shower, bathtub, infrared sauna with light, aroma, and audio functions, toilet, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. In the hallway, you will find a wardrobe, fire extinguisher, shoe care products, two umbrellas, two pairs of Nordic walking sticks, a boules set (public boules court in the Bürgerhauspark), and a vacuum cleaner. All windows and the terrace door have insect screens and electric shutters. Your own furnished and covered south-facing terrace (18 sqm) offers access to the garden with pond and fire pit, as well as various seating and lounging areas, loungers with parasol, or a hanging swing in the shade of the cherry tree by the bamboo garden. Another bed is available for a third person on request. A private parking space is in front of the house. Use of the wall box is possible for an additional fee.
