A real oasis of well-being in a perfect location - just a 1-minute walk to the lake or train station! Our spacious, open and bright apartment in a historic old town house in the middle of Radolfzell has just been completed and is waiting for its first guests. It offers travelers or vacationers, max. 4 people (family with children) a great opportunity to explore and get to know Radolfzell, the beautiful lake, the great surroundings, and the sights. In the evening it's worth simply walking to enjoy the city with its many cafes, restaurants or bars. Watching the sunset in the Seebar - simply fantastic. Our apartment offers everything you need and more: a double bed and a sofa bed (140 x 195 cm), a great shower room and a modern kitchen with a counter for breakfast or work. Free WiFi is a given and and and. In addition: We are on site and can react quickly if something is missing, questions arise or help is needed. The tourist tax of EUR 3.00 per person per night is collected on site and forwarded to the local authorities. Please leave the amount in cash upon departure. If you wish to bring a dog, please inquire in advance. A small fee will apply. You can park perfectly and without time limit in the Weltkloster parking lot, Friedrich-Werber parking lot, or in the parking garage at Untertor, or for a limited time around the train station. Unfortunately, due to our location in the old town, we are unable to offer our own parking spaces.

We purchased this special house in the middle of Radolfzell many years ago and have housed our office here to this day. There are a total of 3 apartments in our house and we are looking forward to welcoming guests who come to the lake and want to spend their time here. We live in and love Radolfzell very much and would like to infect others with our feelings. What do you need besides the lake???? Do you want to see other cities on the lake? Then Konstanz, Überlingen or Meersburg are ideal options. These can be reached by car, boat or train. The train station and jetty are in the immediate vicinity. Reichenau monastery island, the flower island of Mainau, Stein am Rhein, the Höri peninsula, Hegau volcanoes Hohentwiel, Hohenhewen, Hohenstoffel... The Allesbach or Berolino wildlife and leisure park (very popular, especially with children), mini golf course on the Mettnau, the Bora sauna area, hikes on the Höri and Schienerberg. Mini golf, a visit to a museum or a boat trip on the lake. Radolfzell offers holidaymakers so many ways to fill and enjoy their days.
