The flat is located in the heart of the city centre, just 150 metres from the shores of Lake Constance. Directly on the promenade, it offers easy access to restaurants, boat and bus stops, supermarkets, the cathedral, railway station, thermal baths and Strandbad-West lido. Überlingen offers numerous sights, cafés, restaurants and shops. From the boat and bus stop you can go on excursions to Salem Castle, Birnau, Meersburg or Lindau. Hiking and cycling trails lead through vineyards and orchards. The ‘Lake Constance Fleet’ takes you to the island of Mainau or to Wallhausen, from where you can cycle to Constance. Switzerland and Austria (e.g. Bregenz lake stage) are also within easy reach.
