For guests' convenience, free parking is available on site. As the number of parking spaces is limited, only one parking space is provided per apartment. Parking cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Cleaning policy: Your room is cleaned before arrival and after departure. For stays of 8 days or more a weekly cleaning service is included. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged upon request for a fee. Our property offers a variety of rooms, so the room assigned to you may vary slightly in layout or decor from the one shown in the photos. If a child under 6 years of age is allowed to stay free of charge according to the booking conditions, the child is accommodated free of charge without a separate bed, bed linen and towels. An extra set of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost. This is a non-smoking apartment. Parties are also prohibited. Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra: 1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. 2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. 3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.
