The Stay.residence is located in Martinsried, a 15-minute car journey from central Munich. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a flat-screen TV and a balcony or a skylight. All rooms include a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. At The Stay.residence, you will find a garden and a terrace. Other facilities include a service desk, vending machines and coin-operated laundry machines. Guests receive reduced entry to a local gym.
