Our charming holiday apartment is located on the cool north side of the villa, on the lower ground floor, which is at the ground floor level of the adjacent house, as our house is situated on a slope. In winter, underfloor heating provides cozy and comfortable temperatures, allowing you to feel completely at ease even in the colder months. Furthermore, the apartment offers an immediate view of Schloss Magenheim as soon as you step out of the front door.
