Our company was founded in September 2022 by us, Sina and Jan. As a family-run business, we now manage 13 modern holiday apartments in various regions of Germany – and we are excited to welcome guests to our first accommodation in Bavaria. Our mission from the beginning has been to create stylish apartments that combine high-quality furnishings, modern comfort and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each unit is carefully designed and maintained to ensure guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. We value cleanliness, comfort and clear communication. With our “Fewo Bergsteigerdorf” in Sachrang, we continue to expand our offerings and look forward to providing relaxing stays and memorable experiences in the Chiemgau Alps.

The “Fewo Bergsteigerdorf” is located in the idyllic mountain village of Sachrang in the Chiemgau region. Designed for couples, the apartment combines natural materials, modern décor and a peaceful alpine setting. A guest favorite is the freestanding relaxation bathtub in the living and sleeping area – perfect after an active day in the mountains. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer views of the surrounding landscape and garden. The apartment features a comfortable box-spring bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator and coffee maker, as well as a cozy dining area. A Samsung Frame TV blends entertainment with elegant design. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private terrace with seating. The location provides excellent opportunities for hiking, skiing, sledding and exploring nature throughout the year. The apartment is a peaceful retreat for guests who appreciate comfort, tranquility and the beauty of the Alps.

Winter The area around the mountain village of Sachrang is especially attractive in winter. Guests enjoy the quiet, snow-covered landscape and the many outdoor activities available right from the doorstep. Cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths and toboggan runs can be reached within minutes. Skiers will find slopes suitable for beginners and intermediate levels at the Aschau–Kampenwand and Sachrang–Steinplatte ski areas. Snowshoe hiking, cozy alpine huts and scenic walks through the winter forest are among the highlights. The fresh mountain air and peaceful surroundings make Sachrang a perfect place for relaxation and winter wellness. Summer In summer, Sachrang transforms into a vibrant, green alpine landscape. Numerous hiking trails and summit routes start directly from the property, including paths to the Kampenwand, Geigelstein and several traditional mountain huts. Cyclists and e-bikers enjoy beautiful routes through valleys, forests and along the Prien river. Visitors can also swim in nearby lakes such as the Chiemsee, explore panoramic viewpoints, discover local cuisine at alpine huts or simply enjoy the peaceful village atmosphere. With Aschau and Prien only a short drive away, guests also have access to shops, attractions and additional leisure activities.
