Breakfast is served each morning in the Zum Franziskaner’s country-style breakfast room. The Eibsee Cable Car (3.5 km) takes you to the top of the Zugspitze, Germany’s highest mountain. There are also a number of scenic hiking routes running directly by the hotel. The Austrian border is just 11 km from the hotel, and it is 1.7 km to Untergrainau Train Station.
