Beautiful studio apartment by the harbor, newly renovated and with brand new furniture. The studio is equipped with everything you need to make your long/short stay comfortable. The area around the apartment is very cozy. There are restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity to the accommodation. Just 150m away lies the Music House ,where there is always some concert or some event happening. you will find a big screen smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Rocket TV, YouTube, etc. are available if you have your own account; there is no cable tv) with HDMI ports for your computer, gaming console, etc. Note, that you have to bring your own device/cable, if you want to connect to the TV. Free Wifi,200/50Mbit Baby high chairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in. You need to bring your own pillow and blanket for the baby crib . After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly.
