This apartment is part of a mansion building with 3 other apartments which belong to aday-booking. Being so close to the city center, gives you the opportunity to quickly and easily reach local attractions, restaurants, cafes, galleries and much more. The apartment has, smart TV with HBO, Netflix, and other channels*, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free access to a fast and stable WiFi 300/50Mbit connection is available. After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly. *Please note that you can use Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc., only with your own profile. The apartment was newly renovated in July 2021 tastefully furnished, modern, and is 75 m². The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, barbecue grill, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, central heating, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and a kettle.. Access: We offer free parking on the side of the street of the property. As part of the booking process, we will provide you with the code for your apartment and you can check-in at any point after check-in time. The apartment is bright and comfortable, available for 4 guests. It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with essentials such as towels and shampoo. There is a smart TV*, a dinner table for 4 people and 2 small coffee/laptop table. Baby highchairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in, duvets and pillows for babies are not available. We provide everything to make you feel at home. The smart TV comes with HDMI ports for your computer, gaming console, etc. Note, that you must bring your own device/cable if you want to connect it to the TV.
