The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and features ceramic cooktops, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Adjacent to the living room is the large, well-furnished garden room with a tiled floor and underfloor heating, leading to the paved terrace. The house has 8 sleeping spaces, distributed over 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor, all with double beds. Additionally, there are two single beds in the bedroom on the first floor, which has access to a sun terrace, and on the mezzanine, there is an activity corner with table football as well as a cozy corner with a sofa.
