In the most beautiful area of Mols, with a view over fields and forests and close to the water, you will find this exceptionally well-maintained holiday home. Adjacent to the living room is the fully functional kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. The house contains two beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a spa bath and access to a sauna. There are three good-sized bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a small covered terrace. There are several delightful terrace areas, allowing you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The house is situated on a wonderful plot with a large lawn, perfect for playing and outdoor activities. The area is quiet and very child-friendly, with a path system near the house that leads to the water in just a 5-minute walk. A good bathing beach can be found at Skødshoved, about a 5-10 minute drive from the house. Dejret Strand is a peaceful area in Mols, surrounded by green fields and beautiful nature. Here, children can wade in the shallow water, and there are also good fishing opportunities. The area is about 3 km from the child-friendly bathing beach at Skødshoved, where you will also find the cozy marina with great opportunities for catching crabs from the pier. You can also enjoy an ice cream from the kiosk while taking a stroll along the coast. If you venture a bit further, you can explore Mols Hoved and Mols Bjerge, a truly fantastic area ideal for the adventurous traveler, making your holiday memorable. The house is about a half-hour drive from Ebeltoft town, with its many attractions and charming cobblestone streets lined with quirky houses and cozy little cafés.
