Make yourself comfortable on the sofas in the living room, where you can curl up and relax while enjoying each other's company and, above all, the view of the beautiful garden. It's also the perfect place to have a movie night with homemade popcorn made the old-fashioned way in a pot. You can all find a place on one of the tree stumps surrounding the fireplace, gazing into the flames and letting yourself be enchanted by the magical and cosy atmosphere created around a fire. If you don't have the big bonfire equipment, you can always try your hand at snob bread, where you find some long sticks, cut them clean at the tip and wrap the dough around them. It's sure to be a hit with young and old alike to see their very own snob bread being baked over the hot flames. Pets are not allowed in this cottage. I'm very keen that cosiness and openness are something that runs throughout the cottage. Our family loves this place and when my children and I are together here the days are spent climbing trees, making snob bread, taking a trip to Kronborg and generally just enjoying the lovely countryside that is right outside. In Hornbæk there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to enjoy, and the harbour is a great place to buy delicious food and fish to take home.
