Well-maintained pool house located on a hilly dune plot with a little sea view in magnificent nature and completely undisturbed surroundings near the sea and beach. The property has a sunset bench from which you can enjoy the views of the area and the sea. No letting to youth groups. In 2004 the house was completely renovated including bathrooms and kitchen so that it now appears in modern Danish cottage style with light and tasteful decor. The kitchen is an open plan concept with the living area and offers direct access to the open south /west facing terrace and a covered terrace. There are four bedrooms and a loft, two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. Swimming pool of 24 m² with a children's section, and the pool area has an exercise bike. The style is modern and bright, the owner has everywhere put a strong emphasis on high quality and functionality, making the house appear very welcoming and nice. And with its 190 m² it offers plenty of room for either a large family or for two families who want to spend the holidays together. The plot is an open, slightly hilly dune plot with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as sunbathing, barbecues and ball games and there is a sandpit.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
