Designed for comfort and wellness, the property features a whirlpool and sauna in the bathroom, making it easy to unwind after a day of seaside activities. A cozy wood-burning stove provides warmth during the cooler autumn and winter months, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the year. Inside, the house is comfortably furnished and well-equipped, providing a bright and pleasant environment for family life. Outside, a large terrace invites long summer evenings of relaxation, dining, and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The spacious natural plot also includes a garden trampoline for children (use at own risk), ensuring fun for younger guests while adults soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by Fanø?s beautiful nature, the location allows you to observe local wildlife, including deer, hares, and pheasants, adding to the charm of this coastal escape. Quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home combines comfort, wellness amenities, and a prime natural setting, making it an ideal base for families and groups seeking both relaxation and adventure. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
