Property information

This modern holiday home, complete with a spa bath and sauna, is situated in the beautiful, scenic area of Gjern Bakker. The house is perfectly equipped for a wonderful holiday, accommodating up to 8 guests within its 110m². It features a bright, open-plan kitchen/living area with direct access to the terrace, making it ideal for socializing. The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with a wood-burning stove and a TV. The kitchen is fully functional with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a washing machine, providing all the necessities for a comfortable, self-catered stay. The villa offers excellent sleeping arrangements with four lovely bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (2S), ensuring ample space and comfort for everyone. The house is equipped with two bathrooms, where one is a full bath/WC and the other is uniquely equipped with an indoor spa bath for 2 persons and a sauna for 2 persons, providing a dedicated area for relaxation and wellness. The house is heated by electric heating and is set on a 240 m² natural plot within a peaceful holiday area. The location is a major highlight, as the rental includes an Activity Card providing free access for 8 people to numerous facilities, including a tropical water park (note: the water park is closed from Jan 4 to Feb 7, 2026), a sports hall, a playground, and many other activities for both children and adults. The villa is also conveniently close to Søhøjlandet Golf Club, which features an 18-hole international course and a 9-hole short course (just 590m away). Local amenities are nearby, with a restaurant and grocery store both located 300m away. Please note that the home is not available for rental to youth groups.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
