Beautiful vacation home in an elevated position near Grønningehoved. The location gives a fantastic view of the Little Belt from the living area and terrace. The interior is friendly bright and there is a living room. a kitchen, three bedrooms and an alcove with two sleeping places. The terrace is partly covered.
Grønninghoved is located on the mild east coast between Hejlsminde and Kolding. The area is known for its beautiful nature towards the Little Belt. This vacation home is situated on a landscaped garden plot in a newer vacation home area at the foot of the historic elevation 'Skamlingsbanken'.
