In the attractive nature and holiday area Bratten Strand is this architect-designed quality cottage with whirlpool and sauna and perfect location in quiet surroundings only approx. 250 m from the most beautiful bathing beach. The heart of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with good acoustics in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to meet and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie or whatever the mood dictates. The room has several windows, so the fascinating, North Jutland light flows in. There is a Bluetooth speaker and the house is also highly insulated, so small expenses can be expected. The ideal holiday home for the discerning family who wants both good facilities and the coziest holiday home atmosphere. The cottage is tastefully decorated and if you want a little out of the ordinary, then this modern and well-appointed cottage is worth a closer look. The style is modern and functional with three bedrooms with good beds and closet space. Large, well-equipped bathroom with sauna, whirlpool with space for 2 people, shower and washer and dryer. There are terraces around the house where there is plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. The house is equipped with an outdoor showers that can be used all year round. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and swing. Nearby you will also find i.a. summer open grocery store, café, lovely playground and Bratten's bathing jetty with wheelchair access. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
