Charming older villa with 130 square meters spread over two floors. Beautifully located a few kilometers from the water with a good floor plan and everything within easy reach. The villa is spread over two floors and has an entrance hall, living room, kitchen-dining room, bathroom, and bedroom on the ground floor. The kitchen-dining area is the villa's focal point and is characterized by its incredibly beautiful wooden ceiling with exposed beams, which runs throughout almost the entire ground floor, a really nice kitchen, and a countertop that matches the ceiling. All appliances are included. The kitchen and living room enjoy beautiful light through the lattice windows. Bedroom with double bed. Under the stairs to the first floor, there is a washing machine, and upstairs you will find another bedroom with a single bed and a Norwegian bunk bed - meaning there is room for 4 people in this room. There is also a lovely secluded terrace. The house is located in scenic surroundings not far from forests and fields, ideal for long walks and bike rides. From the house, it is only a 10-minute bike ride to Løkken Beach, where you can enjoy the sun and the fresh breeze. Furthermore, you are also only a 10-minute bike ride away from several shopping opportunities.Fårup Sommerland is less than 20 km away and is a must-see for families with children or the young at heart.Bus stop 150 meters from the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
