Our 4000 square foot penthouse condo is located in the most exclusive condo residence in Las Terrenas. Fully renovated with a semi modern Caribbean design offering 4 large bedrooms all having ensuite bathrooms.
Balcones del Atlantico is a beachfront condo residence with manicured tropical gardens and 4 separate pools including one for kids. You will have your own private 500 meters (1500 feet) of beach offering Porto restaurant (open 7 days a week for all 3 meals) and Mosquito beach bar! The ocean in front is beautiful and ideal for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking (free kayaks)... Electricity is included but "air conditioning charges are separately metered and paid by guest in cash at the rate of 16 Dominican pesos or 28 US cents per KW at check-out time.
