Beautiful apartment in front of the sea, with views of the sea and the city. It is located in Atacames, just 13 miles from Esmeraldas and 28 miles from Mompiche. The building has a pool, elevator, private parking and security. Inside the apartment you will find a kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware, a refrigerator, flat screen TV with cable, and a balcony with the best views in town!
The building is located in front of the sea and you can reach the beach within minutes. The area is safe and you will find restaurants and stores nearby.
