The Hotel Carolina Montecarlo, located in the tourist district of La Mariscal, 6 blocks from the central Plaza Foch, in the north center of Quito, combines colonial and modern architecture. It has rooms, decorated in neutral cream tones, with parquet floors, the rooms include a 32-inch flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi connection and a safe in the rooms.
