Este amplio y acogedor departamento se encuentra en el tercer piso y ofrece una agradable vista a la calle. Dispone de dos habitaciones, cada una equipada con: Una cama de 2 plazas Un clóset Una mesa de estudio La zona social cuenta con una sala espaciosa y confortable, amoblada con tres sofás ideales para descansar, compartir o recibir visitas. La cocina, amplia y funcional, está equipada con refrigerador y microondas, perfecta para preparar tus comidas con comodidad. El departamento incluye baño independiente. Si bien no dispone de parqueadero propio, justo al frente encontrarás un estacionamiento amplio disponible para alquiler.
El departamento se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y bien iluminado, perfecto para disfrutar de un ambiente seguro y relajado. Gracias a su ubicación estratégica, está a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, lo que te permitirá acceder con facilidad a todas sus comodidades, comercios y atractivos.
