Majutuskoht asub miljööväärtuslikus kohas. Pakutav appartement on täielikult renoveeritud silmas pidades kõiki mugavusi, mida klient ootab.

Läheduses asub Simuna kirik ja Pedja jõe läte, kus on mõnus puhkeala. Lastel on võimalik külakiigel kiikuda ja korvpalli mängida. Loodusmatkajad saavad nautida mõnusa vahelduva maastikuga Simuna loodusõpperada. Niisamuti asub ka kohalik kauplus vahetus läheduses. Majutusest ca. 10 km kaugusele jääb mõnus supluskoht ja looduskaunis Emumäe maastikupark. Lähim suurem asula on 15 km kaugusel Väike-Maarja ja lähim linn 35 km kaugusel Rakvere.
