Apartment in a quiet living house. NO parties, no drinking, no smoking! 22:00-8:00 is night time in a house. We expect only decent, normal people. 2 bedrooms for 4 adults+2 children up to a certain age are free of if they sleep in existing beds. We have 2 large 140 cm beds, bathroom and kitchen. Available is extra sofa for 1 person on request 5 eur per night, payment in cash. The sofa is a single seater, does not open, for 1 person. That is only by prior arrangement before arrival! Our location is 15 min from the Center and old town. Good location, good accessibility. Parking is free and safe at the house if You can find a spot, follow the road signs. You can also park a little bit further away. There is also a guarded paid parking nearby. You can also easily reach us by public transport! We have warm and clean apartment. You can walk around in socks if you wish. Do not remove furniture! Minors must not be left alone! You have to tell earlier, what time do You come. Check in is only from 16 till 22:30, by prior arrangement. If we agreed before that we meet at 16, so we meet at 16. Not much sooner or later. Otherwise no one is present. This is not a hotel, that is what You need to know when choosing apartment accommodation! Our apartment is very clean, You can walk in socks. If You wish, You can bring indoor shoes. I always come by myself and bring the keys to the customer. When the customer leaves, I will take the keys from him personally. When You leave, remember that the apartment must be stay in the same good condition when You came! Close the windows, turn off power.
