Free parking in front of the house. Public transportation is nearby, bus/trolley stop is 350m away. Closest grocery store is 350m away and closest shopping center is 1.3km away (Kristiine Keskus). Lots of grocery stores and eating places are in walking or a 5-10min ride distance. Tallinn Old Town is approx. 3km away. The apartment is nice and compact, comfortable space for one. Neighbours are quiet. There is no street noise and parking is right in front of the building. The apartment has one single bed, a folding table and a kitchen to prepare a meal. A bathroom (toilet and shower) and a storage closet on the first floor. Kitchen is equipped with all essentials for preparing and enjoying a nice home-cooked meal. We provide oil, sugar, salt, pepper and plates, bowls, cutlery, and cups. For cooking we offer a pan, a pot, a spatula and ladles. Bathroom is equipped with essentials (shampoo, shower gel, towels, toilet paper). There are hooks and hangers right next to the door to put away clothes.

Hi! I'm a 26-year old freelancer from Estonia. While travelling I have stayed in many accomodations which are set up in homes and regular apartments so I decided to give it a go! It has been fun. Now I have been doing it for quite some time and I'm really enjoying it! To offer cosy home-like accomodation to tourist or to locals for a getaway! :)

The apartment is located in a quiet (mostly) residential area. A nice place to walk around. Nearest grocery stores are Maxima (350m) and Marienthali Selver (650m). There are also a few thrift stores nearby on street Mustamäe tee. Also places to eat - Kamikadze Grill (550m), Foodproff - lunches (450m) and a lunch place in Marianthal center also (650m). There is a nice little bakery and a takeaway pancake cafe in the same building as the apartment and it serves Tallinn's best cakes! You can find it on the second floor when you take the outside winding stairs.
