A small two-bedroom holiday home with all amenities, including a spacious terrace, a SPA-massage system, a wood-fired hot tube (extra charge +70 euors/usage), and a garden area. The accommodation is designed for guests who appreciate the feeling of home, a peaceful and quiet environment but want to be close to a centre or a city. The house is located in an area (village) of private houses. The house is not suitable for parties and heavy alcohol consumption. The house comprises two bedrooms with 160x200cm comfortable beds and a sofa bed (145x195cm) in the living room. Bedding and towels are also available. The kitchen has a stove, a mini oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchen accessories for cooking lighter dinners and dishes. The hot tub usage is for an additional fee of +70 euros/usage. Please inform us in advance if you want to use it as heating takes time. Guests can use the garden barbecue (charcoal) and firepit (wood) facilities for free, but charcoal and firewood are available for an additional fee, or you can bring them yourself. Bicycles (+ 15 euros/day for a bicycle) and kayaks for sea trips (+ 50 euros/day for a kayak) can be rented at the accommodation.

We have designed this tiny dwelling for spending quality time with our family or friends and hope you will also enjoy your time in our cosy house. House rules to follow: * Be respectful and don´t make too much noise not to disturb people living in the neighborhood. * Only the booked number of guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation facility and its territory. * Parties and heavy alcohol consumption are not allowed/strictly forbidden at this property. * Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house - it may damage the floor and carpets. Leave outdoor shoes on the shelf next to the door. * Keep the house and property clean, then nature (insects, etc.) will stay outside * Smoking (incl. vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.) is forbidden in the rooms and on the terrace. If you really must smoke, do it in the garden area. * If the house rules are not followed, the host has the right to terminate the accommodation and impose a fine of 200 euros. * The hot tube usage additional fee is 70 euros/usage.

The accommodation is in a quiet detached houses area. The sea (shingle beach) is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation (300 m) and the nearest sandy beach is 2 km away (about a 20-minute walk). The nearest restaurant is within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Viimsi center is about 3 km away where you can find a cinema, a shopping center, SPA, gyms, a library, bowling, billiards, and a children´s playroom MUUV. Within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, there are Viimsi Open-Air Museum and Museum of Coastal Folk, where you can learn about the life of the old coastal villagers and enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the city of Tallinn. Every Saturday morning, from 10 am - 2 pm, there is a small open market in the Open-Air Museum area where local farmers sell their products. You can arrive by car and conveniently park it in the garden free of charge. There is enough space for two cars or a mini/camper van. You can also come in a taxi (Taxi/Bolt/Uber about 15-20 euros from Tallinn city) or take public transport (bus number 114 from Tallinn city). The bus stop is within a 5-minute walk (300 m). The Tallinn Old Town is 15 km away (ca 30-minute drive). The nearest golf course (Jõelähtme) is within a 30-minute drive from the accommodation.
