Constructed in the 1760s, it was officially registered as a gardener's house, though historical sources suggest it functioned more as a guesthouse, locally referred to as a "lustus". The building is distinguished by its high thatched roof and massive stone columns. A stone in the rear wall bears the inscription "1764", indicating its year of completion. Over the years, the structure has undergone several restoration efforts, aiming to preserve as many original details as possible. Today, the Garden House is part of the Tõlluste Manor complex, offering visitors a chance to experience its historical ambiance.
