Located in KOM EL DEKKA Kom El Dekka is considered one of the oldest Area in Alexandria,we have to say that the area itself is not the best location, and the streets are not clean, so basically if you are looking for a starbucks kind of neighborhood , you are in the wrong place BUT, it’s only 2 minute walk to the nicest restaurant in town by FOAD ST and 5 Minutes walk to the Famous (MAHATET ELRAML) which is the heart of Alexandria down town Area although it’s s not the perfect neighborhood, but when you walk into the apt in the 9 th floor, you will fall in love with it and forget all that the apt is located in an Area called KOM EL DEKKA where you have to climb about 25 steps from the main road (FOAD ST) to get to the entire area there is no parking around the building, but you can park in FOAD ST for a few pound but you have to leave the key (it’s safe) lots of major restaurants and cafés are 2 min walking distance from the apt, all you have to do is to go down stairs . you are in the center of Alexandria, walking distance to the Alexandria national Museum, the Roman theatre and Catacombs
