To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following rules:

1-Identification : All registered guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.

2-Guest Policy:

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

If you plan to invite additional visitors, please inform us in advance.

Overnight Visitors: If a visitor stays overnight, an extra charge will apply. Please notify us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

3- No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited within the apartment.

4-Damages and Missing Items: Guests will be held responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing any items that are damaged or missing during their stay, including but not limited to towels, utensils, keys, and furniture.

5-Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided twice a week. The specific days for cleaning will be agreed upon at check-in. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to the schedule.

Additional Rules for Arab Nationals and Arabic Passport Holders:

Couples must provide an official marriage certificate or a family card (for GCC citizens) as proof of marriage.

Unofficial documents are not accepted under Egyptian law.

Adhering to these house rules is mandatory.
