You’ll enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. The interior is step-free and there are 3 elevators. The covered terrace offers uninterrupted views of the sea and lake, even from inside. Each bedroom also has its own balcony. Step out onto the spacious balcony and terrace with panoramic sea views directly from the living room and kitchen, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The communal outdoor pool is available in season from June 15th to September 15th. There is shared street parking directly outside and public transport nearby. Events are not allowed and quiet hours from 00:00 to 07:00 must be respected. Located directly on the Playa Cura promenade in central Torrevieja, you’ll be just steps from the beach, swimming areas, and the city center. The apartment, on the sixth floor with three elevators, is bright and high-quality. You have access to two beaches: one directly in front and another about 400 meters away. Restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets are right outside the door. The airport is about 45 minutes away. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.
