NB: The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This offers space for 10 people. The studio has a bedroom and bathroom. In total there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is A/C in every bedroom. This brand new villa is located in bustling Puerto Rico, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The perfect base for a family holiday. Start your day with a magical sunrise, enjoying your cup of coffee and a view over the village. Visit one of the many attractions in the area and take a dip in the pool at the end of the day. Within walking distance you will find numerous restaurants and bars to keep you entertained in the evening. PLEASE NOTE! - For check-ins after 23:00 there is a surcharge and you should contact us for the possibilities. - Puerto Rico is a vibrant place and can be a bit noisy during night time sometimes. Light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs. - For bookings of 14 days or longer, extra cleaning including change of bed linen and towels is mandatory. Once every 10 days. The final cleaning on the day of check-out is already paid for when booking. The costs for the extra cleaning will be charged after confirmation of the booking. - Since the house is located in a apartment complex, we only rent to families and not to groups of friends.
