This contemporary designed villa is ideally situated just 5 minutes away from the heart of one of Andalucia's most renowned historic white villages, Mijas pueblo. On the stunning picturesque streets, you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The floor plan of this modern villa is semicircular and surrounds a gorgeous pool, central barbecue, and rest area. It is distributed on two independent floors; the ground level features a spacious living room with a full kitchen and fireplace, two large rooms, a bathroom, and separate toilet. All of which have views of the pool and garden. On the upper floor, there is a fabulous bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a private solarium. It features a large bathroom, several closets, and an office which all open to panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Comfort and luxury complement the two independent apartments that are situated on both sides of the Villa and allow a capacity of up to 10 guests. Both which feature a bedroom, full kitchen, living room, and independent bathrooms. The villa, as well as the two apartments, have air conditioning in all rooms and there are parking spaces for several vehicles.
