The light and warm contemporary coastal style of this house transports you directly to the sea. Light can be the main feature and white and blue are the colors of the interior. The house is furnished with a view to maintaining clear views. Furthermore, the house has a separate guest toilet, is fully air-conditioned with hot and cold air, has built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, a separate laundry room, access to WI-FI and international TV channels. The house was completely renovated in 2017. We wanted the place to be relaxed, inviting and functional at the same time, combining indoor and outdoor living. The living room has a fully equipped open kitchen, living room with TV, electric fireplace and a dining area. The sliding doors lead to a terrace with breathtaking sea views. The terrace is equipped with a BIOSUN pergola and is equipped with beautiful patio furniture. It offers not only sea views, but also sea views of Estepona Bay. A private garden leads directly to the sea promenade, where you can enjoy views of the African coast and Gibraltar. The owners speak English.
The Bahia Dorada complex is located on the west side of the municipality of Estepona, about 4 km from the city and about 5 km from the marina. The urbanization has a total area of ​​240,130 square meters, the population density does not exceed 70 inhabitants per hectare and has at least 20% of public green areas on the total area. Access to the houses is only possible thanks to the pedestrian paths. The collective areas are spread throughout, with large gardens and a total of six municipal swimming pools and two tennis courts. Bahia Dorada encompasses a wide variety of homes that portray great beauty. Architecturally, Mediterranean and contemporary architectural styles merge. The house is on the first line of the sea and can be reached by stairs from the parking lot in Bahia Dorada IV.
