Spacious and bright apartment, 200 meters from the beach and in quiet street. Perfect location in the center of town. At a short distance from supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and all kinds of shops. It disposes of 4 bedrooms, all exterior (1 en suite, 1 double, and 2 single) and 2 full bathrooms. The double rooms have 1.50x1.90 beds. Rental includes a parking box in the same building, which means a significant saving considering the cost of parking in Tossa. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, hand mixer). Air conditioning in the whole house. WIFI included in the rental cost. The apartment has also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. On the building's terrace there is a clothesline for community use.
