It is located on the first floor and has an elevator. The available space is approximately 80 m². It is 150 meters from the town center and 250 meters from the beach. It is very centrally located, close to the bus station, supermarket, Town Hall Square, shops, bars, cafes, etc. The 2 guest rooms have a private entrance, living-dining room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, air conditioning in the rooms, terrace, and interior patio. Ideal for couples, friends, families, or for interesting meetings with other guests. One of the two rooms can be reserved according to their availability. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, adults or children. You can choose between a twin room with two single beds or a double room with one large double bed. One pet is allowed.
