Close to the urban centers of Durango and Iurreta, 5 minutes by car or 20 walking. The property is set in a very discrete rural plot, occupying part of the ground floor of a stone house with south views. The area, Goiuria road is very quiet and safe. At the top of Goiuria there is a magnificent restaurant, large bar, with large terrace and views. Being Euskadi is a very small community, but with many contrasts and a steep orography, access to preferred places is not a tortuous trip but if perhaps entertaining with curves, mountains and charming spots for all tastes.
