Property info

Renovated studio in the center of Nerja, located 900 meters from Burriana beach, 2.6 km from Punta Lara and 600 meters from the Balcón de Europa. The location is excellent to be able to explore the town on foot and enjoy every wonderful corner. If you come by bus, it is only a 4-minute walk from the Alsa terminal. It is fully equipped. It consists of a spacious living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a cozy terrace with a BBQ, to enjoy the sun. The apartment has air conditioning, TV, fridge, capsule coffee machine, kettle, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels and everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. Access is by stairs, it is located on the second floor!

Nerja is a fishing and agricultural municipality in Spain belonging to the province of Malaga. It is located in the easternmost part of the Costa del Sol and bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, bordering the province of Granada. Its subtropical climate and its 320 days of sunshine a year make Nerja the ideal place for relaxation tourism and enjoyment of numerous water activities such as a boat ride along our coasts or also kayak excursions where you can enter impressive caves, in addition to many other activities and excursions in Nerja.
