Hello, we are Urbansuite - Gestión Turística and we will be delighted to welcome you in any of our flats. We will try at all times to make sure that your stay is perfect from the moment you arrive until you leave. Please note that you are booking an independent holiday home. We are not a hotel, nor a tourist apartment building, so we do not have a reception or a left-luggage office. This means that we need constant and fluid communication in order to be able to serve you without making us wait for each other on arrival. We do not accept bookings in the name of a third party or with nicknames. Identification will be requested at the entrance and must match the name on the reservation. No booking will be accepted if the person who made the booking is not present with their ID at the time of entry. Due to the characteristics of the property, we do not have a porter service nor will we be able to attend to you outside the established opening hours. EXTRAORDINARILY, we offer check-in between 20:00h and 23:00h provided that at least 24h notice is given and under an additional charge to be paid in advance upon arrival in order to attend to you, depending of final arrival time and season.

Our check-in service in person at the flat itself guarantees a closer and more personalised attention, with recommendations and explanations of our services. Our check-in hours are exclusively from 15:00h to 20:00h. For out-of-hours check-in you will need to request it in advance and there will be an additional cost to be paid on arrival, depending on the final arrival time and the season.

The flat is located in one of the most central locations in the city, just a 3 minute walk from the Cathedral Square and the Town Hall and less than 10 minutes from the train/bus station and the sea port. With all the entertainment area, bars and market in the surrounding area you won't have to worry about finding the best places in town. Apartamento 3 Gaviotas is located in the heart of the old town, in a quiet street between the Plaza de la Catedral and the Mercado Central de Abastos, both less than 3 minutes walk from the flat. Parking in the centre of Cádiz for free is practically impossible and it is impossible to get to the flat with the car as it is a pedestrian area, so our recommendation is to park directly in Parking Canalejas, the closest to the flat and come directly from there with the luggage. It is just a 5-minute walk away, and on their website you can find the rates and the subscriptions for several days.
