The “Duplex San Miguel with solarium and barbecue” is a charming three-story accommodation that combines comfort and functionality in each of its spaces with independent entrance from the street you will find, upon entering, a modern kitchenette, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which integrates perfectly with a cozy living room. This space has a dining table, television, sofa, air conditioning and a practical desk, creating an ideal environment for both relaxation and work. On the mezzanine, an additional toilet offers extra comfort for guests. As you go up to the second floor, the master bedroom welcomes you with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a large closet and air conditioning, providing a cool and comfortable haven for resting. The second bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning, offers two single beds and a clothes rack. Also on this floor is the master bathroom, where you can relax in the bathtub, and enjoy the convenience of a hairdryer and fresh towels. The third floor holds a special surprise: a large solarium with artificial grass and a fully equipped barbecue area, including terrace furniture, a hammock and an awning to protect you from the sun, we ask you to close it on windy days. From here, you can enjoy views of San Miguel street and La Nogalera square, creating a perfect space to relax outdoors. Just a quick note: we don't include charcoal for the barbecue because not all our guests use it. But don't worry, you have a Mercadona just 3 minutes walk away where you can easily find it. Our accommodation does not have its own parking, but you have several options, the closest is the public parking Parkia in the Plaza de Andalucia, just 4 minutes walk away, very convenient if you come with suitcases.

Located in the heart of Torremolinos, this duplex is surrounded by bars, restaurants, stores and entertainment areas, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the city. Just a minute walk away, you will find the train station, which connects you quickly to Malaga, the airport or Fuengirola. The bus stop, two minutes away, offers you the possibility to reach Marbella, Estepona and other coastal destinations. The Bajondillo beach is a ten minute walk, in a pleasant walk downhill, but do not panic, the City Council has provided 2 elevators to go down and most importantly, up, on the way back, you will have a good excuse to take a refreshing drink in the solarium or in any bar in the vicinity. In addition, about twenty minutes walk away, the Aqualand water park awaits you, perfect for a day of fun. Taking advantage of going down to the beach of Bajondillo, and you are enjoying the sand, the Mediterranean Sea, its bars and beach bars, you can not go back up until you visit, taking a leisurely stroll along the promenade, the fishing district of the Carihuela, where you can also enjoy its bars eating the typical fried fish, puntillitas, anchovies, clams and a good sardine skewer. Afterwards you can enjoy eating an ice cream while strolling around the many stores or sit in another beach bar-pub and have a good drink. Although there are numerous stores, in the Plaza de Andalucia, you can find a Mercadona, where you can do your shopping for your days of stay.
