The Martalia aparthotels brand was born in Ronda (Málaga) at the beginning of 2019, just before the global pandemic that changed our lives. Already in those months, the idea of designing high-quality tourist apartment accommodation, adding the benefits and services that 4 or 5-star hotels have, was floating around in our heads. As we well know, the most frequent that we can find in terms of tourist accommodation are hotel rooms with more or less facilities, or tourist apartments located in neighboring blocks, and that do not usually provide more services than the overnight stay itself. . So we ask ourselves... Why don't we develop fully equipped tourist apartment buildings, with an innovative design and services as if it were a luxury hotel? And the result is called Martalia Apartahoteles, where we want to offer much more than expected, we strive to know the needs of customers and what they expect from us.

Martalia Namar Centro Apartments, newly built, are located in a building in the most central area of Ronda. They have been designed taking care of their aesthetics down to the smallest detail, with the aim of surprising the guest with a modern decoration, and offering them the best possible services. The apartments have heating, underfloor heating and air conditioning, using the innovative aerothermal system. They are fully equipped and with all kinds of kitchenware. In addition, it has private parking in the same building and is very easy to access, something unique in the city center. The location of the apartments is designed so that the client forgets about the vehicle once arriving at the establishment. A two-minute walk away we have the famous bullring, the birthplace of bullfighting, and next to it the imposing Puente Nuevo, with its balconies overlooking the precipice, its cuts in the rocks, from where you can contemplate the most beautiful sunsets.
