Perfect gelegen groot 3 slaapkamer appartement in het centrum van Albir. 3 Badkamer appartement op de eerste verdieping met uitzicht op de bergen van Sierra Helada en een zonnig terras met prachtig uitzicht. Het appartement bevindt zich in een complex met privé zwembad, omheinde parkeerplaats, grote salon volledig ingericht met TV (veel internationale zenders), internet, airconditioning, verwarming. Een goed uitgeruste keuken. Ideaal genieten van uw vakantie (zomer, winter, korte termijn, lange termijn),

in het centrum van Albir tussen winkeltjes en gezellige restaurantjes, en op loopafstand van de zee ongeveer 500meter, genieten van fietsen, watersporten, jeepsafari, Aqualandia (waterpark), Mundomar (dolfinshow), wandelen langs de kust naar het mooie Altea en nog veel meer. Op loopafstand van vele goede restaurants in de hele omgeving. 10 min rijden van Benidorm, Puerto Campomanes en Mascarat of Calp.
